Need feedback from SE Mich Evo owners... Looking to buy BBY or Black Evo w/CF wing & sunroof, but would like to know what others have paid otd in this area. (Roseville I-696 / I-94) Local dealer has a BBY on floor w/40 miles on it, but salespeople brag of how fast & hard they've launched that very car. Will be paying cash, but salespeople don't seem interested in moving the car for less than MSRP (or moving it at all for that matter...) Comments?

 

Don't pay MSRP. You can find dealers to sell for less if you look around. Maybe only $1000 less but still that's a nice chunk of mod money.

 

i think gezon has 3 of them in stock the salesman there was offering me a black wihtout a roof for invoice pricing. and he even showed me the invoice. so i thought that is a good deal. they have 3 in stock but i dont htink they have any with a roof. you should check out gezon talk to ja. he is a pretty nice guy

 

Wanna take a small trip across the pond? I'm over here in Milwaukee, willing to sell an Evo for less than MSRP, and I can personally guarentee that they were not abused and mistreated.

 

I went out of state for mine... down to Marion Ohio... Got mine for MSRP with Roof and Wing back in May.

Tamaroff was asking $5000 over MSRP at the time

 

I pitty ANYONE buying an Evo in SE Michigan. The wanna be good old boys there that work in the auto industry only accept you if you drive a Ford F-150 4x4 (with the off-road package that never goes off road). Good luck.

 

I bought mine for MSRP from Gezon back in April. No one around the SE area would deal. I would reccomend Gezon, I even had them align the vehicle per my request. They did it for free.

 

Fox Mitsu (Grand Rapids), has a black and silver EVO w/ high wing and sunroofs (price?). Crown Mitsu (Holland) has a white with high wing and sunroof for $1500 under MSRP (28-29k?). Talk to Scott, he tells me he can get any color combination and will deal with you.

 

We need to have a Michigan meet for all Lancer Evo's... the meet should be in Grand Rapids!

 

I bought my Silver Evo from Williamson's in Lincoln, NE for $500 under invoice during thanksgiving weekend.

The dealer on Telegraph and 12 mile was wanting MSRP and had black only.

No need to worry about the good ol boys. Everything is made everywhere now days.
