In december 2010, I purchased my white 2005 Lancer Evo 8 RS from a small dealership in an even smaller town called Girard.

Per this dealer, the car was purchased new in Elmhurst, IL by an Indian doctor or psychiatrist, perhaps.

He daily drove it or it served as his winter car. He did not race it, etc and it was bone stock and never modified.

They said it was well-maintained and it seemed to be so which is why I bought it.

It had 69k on the odometer and I was curious if the previous owner is still on here and could give me more information.

Also, if perhaps some other Evo owners here knew the previous owner, that would be great.

Alternatively, there are several shops like APM, Strictly Modified etc and I was hoping one of these shops knew the owner and did the work on this car !?!

I want to know if the 60K service was done as it is pretty expensive to get done.

I tried to find my previous owner too. Best of luck to ya. Mine had 24k on the clock and it was traded into shaumburg Honda for an SI. Must have been due to gas mileage. I did find it had a flash by AMS and an AMS intercooler, works full exhaust, and injen ic piping and intake. Never did find out who owned it though.
