Tire Shaving anyone?

Tire Shaving anyone?
So, basically, I got a set of tires awhile back and now one of them is shot (sidewall puncture), but the other 3 still have 5-6/32" tread left and I'd hate to let them go to waste.
I've been looking at just getting a new set of 4, but just to get through this summer it would definitely be more economical if I could just get 1 tire and have it shaved down to match the others. I realize that it'll be fresh rubber and the other 3 have been somewhat heat-cycled through regular use, but the rubber on the other 3 still "feels" good at this point, so it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
Is there anywhere local that will do this? I know tirerack will do it if you mention it when ordering, but I can get a better deal on the tire locally and would like to avoid shipping costs.

Bumping this thread from the dead.
I called Cassidy, and there should be an asterisk after the tire shaving thing in their advert; they will only shave off road/racing tires that they sell, so you can't just come in off the street to have them shave you a tire down to size. Mucho sucko!
