Production Welder/ Fabricator
GrimmSpeed is looking for a skilled Welder/ Fabricator! In the last year, our welding department has expanded rapidly and it’s time to add another talented individual to the GrimmSpeed team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for motorsports and the skilled craft of welding into a rewarding career. In addition to production-level welding, you’ll be working very closely with our engineers on new R&D projects and may be expected to step out of your comfort zone from time to time in order to learn new things and push the envelope. • Welding/Fabrication
• Documentation Skills
• Teaching Skills
• Welding/Fabrication Equipment Use & Maintenance
• Punctual and Dependable (reliable source of transportation)
• Organized & Methodical
• Team Oriented
Specifics we are looking for:
• Proficiency in TIG & MIG welding as well as knowledge of material properties (Aluminum, and stainless steel)
• Development of welding projects by interpreting and following work orders, prints and assemblies.
• Production welding, problem solving, material analysis
• Ability to read CAD drawings and engineering plans to produce a repeatable consistent product
• Valid Driver’s License
