I get rid of my Evo and now everybody wants to hang out!! Do I smell bad or something??

And so far i havn't gotten any suggestions for setting so how about we aim for May 17th? (*its just a starting point, figured 2 months should be sufficient time to plan*)
As far as location goes would we rather do it in Rockford or Schaumburg?

 

Schaumburg will be a nice cruise from rockford

 

Not with 90 still 45mph 2/3 the way there...

 

We need a different weekend that the 17th theirs always a big car show in the dells that weekend but we could do a get together at rock cut state park itll make for nice pictures and then can always do a cruise of rockford after the get together!

I'd be in as long as work doesn't get in the way

Might be selling the evo or trading it in soon so, it would be a nice farewell

Or i propose this: weekend of 4th of July. This idea just sprung up while my buddy and I were talking. He has a red X, Doociedang has his white "IX", and I have a blue VIII. So i just messaged a great local photographer to get us some nice rig shots and do a patriotic thing lol.so thats my other proposal.

And no, this will not be an evo only deal. Ive already posted this thread on the "+X auto" group on FB. And told them the same.

I'm game for two cruises! Lol however. Id like to make sure at least one gets set in stone before I try and set up another. And so far I have gained much more interest for the May 10th weekend. I am also entertaining the idea of planning a stop at a park for some nice grilling and hanging out before getting back on the road. I'm going to edit my original post and add the two possible dates along with a "confirmed attendees" list for a general head count. Also, please tell your friends! Lets keep this thread at the top of the list!

 

BTW the photographer is Keedo Photography on Fb you can look him up he does great work. He has had some shots featured by multiple car pages on FB. I also have another friend who will be attending on his ducati who also will be bringing his camera with. I believe my other friend may bring his gopro with as well!

 

I could probably do May 10th. I got the busy-married-dad life going on over here so IDK if I'd be able to cruise but I'd love to meet up with everyone if you decide to hang out somewhere local for a little bit before the cruise.
