Subaru/EVO Dyno Days May 14-16th St. Louis, MO

A friend of ours from Chicago is coming down for a new ECU option that will be out for Subarus.

But we might have a couple spots to do AFC tuning, UTEC or XEDE tuning.

We could also have those units on hand to install and tune for you if you like.

Just thought I would post so people can have some notice.

Thanks

Hey Mike,

What are your prices going to run those days for dyno time with the car owner doing his own tuning?

Thanks,

Keith

PRICING
Flat tuning rate incl. 2 hours of dyno time : $225
Baseline (up to 5 pulls): $50

What engine management are you using? We will have the best UTEC guy in the country on that day. We are very familiar with all other EMS out there.

But Im sure we can work something out at a reduced rate for a couple hours for ya.

I am running the AEM EMS with the built in wide band O2 sensor. So far I have been doing road tuning and then using the track as my dyno On the base map (set up very rich) on 94 octane I was able to run a 12.656 @ 110.27. That was running 11:1 A/F ratio. I have it down to around 11.5:1 now and am no longer running snow tires so we will see how thing go at the track tonight (if the damn rain stops).

I will be there with a few guys from Kansas City. I am running an AEM as well, just want to put some numbers down on an AWD dyno.

This sounds good. I am suppost to travel that weekend for work but it is on the rocks so if it gets changed I am in. Are you going to arrange a list and if so when do you need a solid word?

Thanks in advance.

As it stands now. We have 4 open spots for 2 hours of dyno tuning.

We were assuming 5 people a day for 3 days. Total = 3, 10 hour days.

But for baselines, etc. That can be inserted in the schedule no problem.

Also, if COBB Tuning fails to deliver on the ACCESSPORT ECUs for the subarus that will free up another ~5 spots.

If you have a slot open on Friday the 14 consider it filled! I work that weekend but I have Friday off.

Cool I have you on the list for baselines. If you wanted a couple hours for dyno tuning that can be arranged as well. But for now you are on for HP/Torque scaled vs AFR and boost.

Lets just go ahead and schedual the 2 hours of tuning time, I think I will have my turbo upgrade by then.... and I actually prefer dyno tuning to trying to road tune a car by myself.

Round them up and head on over.

Perhaps we can organize an EVO only event sometime this year.
