I had a blast, along with everyone else. Al looks very different in person than the pictures I've seen. There were a few other cars that showed up. There was a STI, SRT-4(i thought is was jacked up really high in the back end)

I'm suprised Al didn't get pulled over when he was tuning, I think I was in 3 cars that were being tuned to actually see how he does this, simply amazing.

The only 2 stories I can remeber is there was a guy down there *****ing all day long about anything and everything, dont want to go into detail because I cant remeber what it was about and there was a white evo that his fuel pump went out on the freeway.

Thank god nobody got a ticket, especially me with the loud *** exhaust i have, on the way back we stopped right on the WI/IL border and there just happen to be 2 state patrol sitting in the parking lot we pulled into(had to idle it out of there )

I cant wait to see all of the pictures Fireball took, and I heard through the rumor mill that someone got the AL-AMS race on video, PLEASE SOMEONE POST THIS IF YOU HAVE IT.

I had a ton of fun and was so glad to get the flash done. I love the power I am now making. I wish I could have stayed longer, but my friends girlfriend was *****ing way to much for us to deal with. I hear Al will be coming back to the MW within a few months. I hope it's true.

Insane!! That's all I can say...

No video of the street race, although I was in the car!

I'll post pictures when I get to work.

That was my Evo whose fuel pump malfunctioned on the freeway. How bad does that suck? The problem actually was one of the connectors inside the fuel pump assembly was not making full contact and it shorted out my fuse. My retarded a$$ did not have any tools with me, so I had to get towed back to AMS(30 miles away). BIG THANK YOU to Al and Martin @ AMS. Al stopped his custom flash, went back to AMS and got Martin to send me a flat-bed, and hold the shop open for me. It took at least 2 hours to get my car back to AMS. Martin still pushed my car into the shop, disassembled my fuel pump, tested the pump(and shot fuel all over his pants), and determined that there was a loose connection. Then he checked my fuse, and it was surely blown. He replaced the fuse and fired my car back up and sent me on my way. Big thanks also the Matt and all the guys from Wisconsin who offered a helping hand. I still can't get over how much Martin helped me out. He was dead tired, but still went out of his way to help me out(and they didn't even do the intial fuel pump install). He could have easily kept my car over the weekend and got to it on Monday. Now if that is not dedication to customers, I don't know what is. THANK YOU MARTIN!!

THANK YOU MARTIN!!
Martin squeezed me in for some last minute installs--he did the install himself! Nice job too.

I had installed my fuel pump the day before my tune. I left the seat cushion and pump cover/plate off in the event I screwed something up. Fortunately I didn't.

Lots of cool people and cool cars!

No problem Marco! Cars is what I love to do so I couldn't let a wounded EVO just sit there! Thanks for the kind words and I'd be happy to help out anytime.
