I have serviced my 2006 MR with the same tech (at three different dealerships in the greater Cleveland area) for the past 13 years. Fortunately for him (not for me), he is about to start a well-earned retirement. Does anyone have any recommendations of great shops or techs in the greater Cleveland, Oh area?
