I've got a friend in Grand Rapids that makes custom grills for all sorts of cars out there and he's looking to get into doing one for the Evo. However he'd like some help from someone locally that may be interested in allowing him to use your car as a template. For doing this he's willing to make you your own grill for no charge. I thought this would be a good way for someone with a bit of time to start modding their car for no cash out of pocket and help a small time dealer add a new product to his line. I made my own grill for the evo. It wasn't that difficult. I could send you pics and tell you more about how to do it. It costed me about $80 for the grill material and a few hours of work. Email me if you want to know more info. It looks sweet, I didnt want to pay alot for someone else to do it. Peace

If you notice I myself am not looking for a grill, I just have a buddy who makes them and is looking for someone local to help him make a template. I don't want to burst your bubble, but I have a feeling he'd be able to sell a finished product for well under what it cost you to make one yourself. He has awesome pricing on grills, if that's your thing to get into.
