I was wondering if the 17 X 9.5" TE37 would fit okay on the Evo 8? Would there be any rubbing issues?

 

I was just curious cuz superstreet's HKS Evo was sporting the advan RG's in 17 X 9.5. But if the 17 X 8's are the widest wheel that could fit w/o rubbing then I guess it should be a bit lighter.

 

You can go 8.5 no prob. 9.5 to big and heavier.

 

8.5 fits OK with 245, cant really lower it that much. We run a 18x8.5 Volk SE37A.

I would suggest not going wider then a 8.5 unless you will roll the fenders or a full race setup.

only 18 X 8 and 18 X 9.
so will 18 X 9 fit the car?

 

SE37A is being phased out but they were sold in half sizes. Might be able to find them still. Also try the SE37K or the LE37K. Both have half sizes.
