Is Anyone Working on a Hand Held Tuner?

I was wondering if any of the tuner companies out there are working on a hand held tuner? Rallitek has one for the 08 Subie that hold 2 tunes and the Factory tune for when you go to the dealer. You can flash your ECU anytime and change between tunes. If this is a stupid question please feel free to start the insults, but I have one for my grandpa volvo s60r and would like to get one for my X.

If you are a DIY Openport 2.0 will allow you to download your stock map, make changes and reflash them to your ecu.
