Open Port 2.0 Purchase feedback

On Monday I ordered my openport 2.0 from tactrix.com even paid extra to have it 2nd day air mailed. It got here today but unfortunately it doesn't work at all.
I plug it in and it doesn't even come up in windows. I already installed the newest drivers and ecuflash 1.42. I tried to email them and my mail was returned due to "policies" in effect. So I'm stuck leaving a message on their voicemail since no one answers the phone number they have listed. Not very pleased with my purchase at the moment. Expect 0 customer support from this company. I'll be lucky to get a working product in a few weeks now.

I know this should probably be included with the unit, but did you install the program with the proper permissions (do you have Vista)?
