I just bought a 2010 Lancer with the sound package and I installed two Image Dynamics with a crossfire sub. The problem is that I am not getting the deep bass that I know the subs can do. I took the car into a shop and had them installed but after looking they are connected with the door speakers and not the sub. When I mess with the radio bass it does make it louder but not deeper. When I mess with the sub control it makes alittle difference. What I need to know is how can I connect it to where the RF sub be and get the deeper bass. As of right now the RF sub is not connected and the wires are just there. Any advice?

 

are the subs in a sealed box?

 

They are in a sealed box but they are not connected to the car stereo sub wires. I need to know where the amp is at and which wires are which.
