Feeler FS NJ: Hoosier 245/45-17 drag radials on Evo 8 Enkeis
Im considering selling my set of Hoosier drag radials mounted on Evo 8 enkeis which I painted flat green...sounds weird, but looks pretty sick.
I put these on my car 1 time only and drove around for the night on the street with them, never launched on the tires and theyve never been on the track. I dont think Ill have as much use for them as I originally thought because I dont exactly plan on taking my car to the track very often or ever competing with my car, particularly also because I have a feeling Englishtown wouldnt like the fact that I dont have a cage lol. So my proper usage of this setup would be short lived anyway because Im not putting a cage in.
I got the tires directly from Hoosier's east coast distributing warehouse in Connecticut. I would sell the tires for $750 picked up or with the wheels for $1100. Im still on the fence as to whether or not I want to sell the wheels because I have a set of blizzaks that are currently unmounted and could use the wheels for the blizzaks. If any one wants these shipped it will be at the buyers expense and then add 3% as well for paypal fees, or send the money as a gift. I prefer pick up though.
Heres a shot of them on my car the one night after I just put them on. I am lowered on tein s-tech springs on the stock bilsteins and I experienced no rubbing of the tires anywhere, not on turns, not on bumps, nothing. Its a very tight fit clearance wise, but they fit just right.

One of the wheels and tires after mounting and balancing.
