P0171 and injector scaling issue

I am having an issue with a P0171 code (lean on bank 1) after getting tuned and my tuner is out of town. I was just curious if these injector scaling/latency numbers seem to jive with usual setups. A little background on the car;

2008 MR
ID1000's
EvoD surge tank with a walbro 255 external pump (replaced fuel sock in tank and checked inline filter)
Base fuel pressure 48 psi
AMS intake (MAF not scaled, tuner stated he would fix issues with injector control)
intercooler piping
ETS IC
AMS turboback
Did boost leak test to 25psi and had no issues
FPR line is zip tied in place, hose has no leaks

The car was tuned for E85 and 92 octane. At idle, the AFR's tend to sway between 13.3-17 vs the stock 14.3-15.5ish. Logged STFT seems to be about +8%. I have attempted to log LTFT and get to about +12% on a 30 min freeway cruise, but it doesn't seem to be reading correctly (tuner made a comment about "shutting off LTFT", at the time I forgot to ask what he meant).

I first got the code with e85, initially the tuners thought was the difference in blends of e85, so I switched back to 92 and ran 3 tanks through the car and I am still getting the code. AFR's seem to sway between 13.0 and maxed at a constant cruise on 92, it seems as though the 02 is attempting to keep up, but not having luck. On WOT AFR's are 10.9-11.2 on 92. Also, as soon as I let off the gas, AFR goes lean off the scale. I know this is normal if left in gear and decelerating, but mine seems to be way more apt to do this anytime the car is moving and getting no throttle input. It is more "sensitive" than stock, and my IX with FIC's didn't seem to do this as quickly either. I am not sure if this is common with the ID's or not. I am leaning towards issues with the scaling so let me know what you think

92 octane - scaled to 713
4.69 5.784
7.03 4.896
9.38 2.376
11.73 1.512
14.07 1.128
16.42 0.744
18.76 0.480

E85 scaled to 504
4.69 5.784
7.03 4.896
9.38 2.376
11.73 1.512
14.07 1.128
16.42 0.744
18.76 0.480

Here's my guess. Who's the tuner and is he experienced with the X?

English Racing and yes he is very experienced with Evo X's. From what I was told Calvin and quite a few other protuners do the same thing.

Aaron was able to get me an updated tune so we will see how it goes. I haven't been able to look at it yet though so I am not sure what he has changed.

I am pretty sure he will be able to fix it, I just wasnt sure when he would be able to.
