that's true and some factory in japan builds the GTR gearbox too(most likely under some sort of license), however I'm pretty sure the clutches are designed by Borg&Warner along with the solenoids, so they can't really sell these things separately unless they come up with their own or reach some sort of business agreement with B/W.
