Problem after tune.

So a couple of days ago, I got my Ralliart tuned and made 273hp. There was no torque reading because dyno tach wasn't working correctly but the first pull, it was at 280hp and 320tq. After the tune, I got on it a little bit in 5th gear going 40 mph, and the clutches completely disengaged (was not a "slow down light") it completely disengaged to where I gave it gas and I went absolutely no where. When I pulled over it kept idling back and forth from 500-1000ish and it happened twice to where the service engine light came on. I turned off the car waited a little bit and turned it back on and it was fine except for the service engine light was still on. I'm gonna assume this is limp mode from everything I've read so far. I read the code and cleared it. The code was P1238 and while dynoing the car it gave a P1871 code. Well later today it happened again and I'm starting to have my doubts for this car. The tuner didn't want to mess with the torque tables because he burnt an ECU from doing that last time. What's the best approach from making this not happen again and what should I tell the tuner? I did do a couple of races and I had no problems, but it felt like the clutches were slipping towards 6000-6400. Was this because I made too much torque? Was it because I forgot to turn off ASC? Has anyone experienced this as well?
And also I'm really interested in the SSP tranny cooler. Will it fit the Ralliart by any chance?
Thanks!
oh and heres the mod list

AMS intake
AMS boost pill
UR UICP/LCIP
Evo X front mount
UR down pipe
UR high flow cat
AMS single exit exhaust

Find another tuner, he doesn't know what he's doing then. I'd contact Bryan (GST).

In fact he has freely available ralliart maps available in the raliart section.

He knows what he's doing. It's just that he's never really tuned this kind of car before.
There aren't many ralliarts/evo x mr out here in abq. lol

What should I do? retune? disable the torque limiter? (I'm asking because I want to see if that could be a problem as well)

That's a contradicting statement! Should have just went with COBB or got some etunes. I wouldn't trust the SST to someone who's never seen it before.

Ok cool. That still doesn't help me with the problem I'm having at the moment.
Enough of bashing the tuner. I've seen how well he tunes and that's why I went with him. He's learning about the SST and you have to start from somewhere so give him a break.

Dude, this is the last time I'm gonna offer you advice on this.

The best guy for tuning SST's is Bryan (GST) and he has already posted on your thread. It is NOT tuned correctly. Contact Bryan directly for resolution.

Straight from the horses mouth. Find another tuner or make a trip up to Bryan if you want it done right.

Keep in mind you're messing with an expensive transmission. There are only a handful of SST tuners in this country, try and make the trip and you won't regret it.

in all honesty if you want to be his guinea pig then thats ok. but when your $9k tranny dies because he's learning on YOUR car, you'll regret it.

its like going into heart surgery and knowing the surgeon has extensive experience in brain surgery. NOT confidence inspiring. just as surgeons practice on cadavers for experience before the real deal, the tuner should have his own personal car to test and tune before he touches your car.

as everyone else said, find somebody that knows the SST. its an expensive mistake if you're willing to risk it....

Actually doesn't sound like a SST tuning problem, I'd imagine it's the normal torque/airflow limiters getting tripped and putting the car in limp mode.

That's even more basic. If the tuner can't handle as simple as that... That leads me to believe he hasn't done many 4b11s.
