Got a "Service Engine Soon" light when I started the car this morning.
Drove off anyway....Everything seems to be normal.

Going to call the Dealer to have that checked out.

I've reset it before the trans went. but I'm not sure if the Dealer knows that. Now its back up.

If it's back, it's definitely relevant. I'm glad they stood behind their warranty. Amazing when you follow the rules

After reading all this posts I decided to sell my car before the warranty expires. I have 2010 RA with just few basic mods. 237 hp and 274 tq. tunned at Akuma. Yesterday when I was driving car was in second gear (about 2500 rpm) all of the sudden car redlined but it did not produce any power than after few second it went to 3rd and it was ok. Trans fluid was changed at 19k miles.

Ask your tuner to check the torque limits- what you're experiencing is an out of boundary condition - the system is opening up the clutches because some parameters are out of wack, and it's protecting the transmission. This can be adjusted out in the tune.

YEs and I would still dump it before warranty is out. But FYI you are tuned so you will get denied in the SST if failure is due to Power increase.

I've been tuned for at lest 4 months and this just happened for the first time.

Right, and the density of air changes as it gets colder outside- if the check values were set too close to the values you were hitting when initially tuned, as the conditions outside change you could still run into it. There are a lot of variables that come into play... Get rid of it if you want to, but its the programming, not the limits of the transmission, you're running into.

How bad is that. I am not sure if the tuner will not try to charge me again and count this as a new tune.

He should not count it as a new tune. It should take him no more than 10 minutes to update it and reflash your car.

It's not damaging anything, but if it happened when you really needed to get out of the way of something, I can see it causing a pretty bad day.
