1G DSM Link question

Dont know anything about DSM Link but my brother just picked up a 1G. He wants 2 tunes, one for DDing, and one for fun. Can he store maps on his DSM link or what is the best option to do this. We he be better off with just a dual channel EBC that he could just switch his boost levels. It would seem like the better would be two seperate maps but he doesnt own a laptop himself...
He wants to run 15 and 21 psi boost level, he runs 17 currently as he bought the car, but it hasnt been tuned and has a new SBR head and DSM Link. Thanks guys

The expensive way of going about doing this is to purchase an AEM. I personally have DSMap tuned on E85 for my 1G putting out over 500whp. DSMap is a simple software but since he already has DSM Link, that would work fine as well. If purchasing an AEM is not an option and is he has the support or technical savvy, he can do the EVO8 ECU upgrade and then take advantage of various open source tuning software. But... He has DSM Link and it is a pretty stout program. Has he posted this same question on DSM Tuners?

If he has the latest version of DSMLink, by far the easiest thing to do would be to just tune two different maps and keep a cheap netbook in the car to re-flash whenever he wants to switch. As for the boost levels, DSMLink can control boost electronically.

Yes, that would be a good idea. I might have to do the same for my DSMap as the E85 pumps can get spread far a part here in Arizona.
