I found out today that a full parts catalog will be launching very soon. I've been told by next week, but I wouldnt count my eggs before they hatch. It should be very soon either way though.

Im not 100% what the catalog will be, but Im hoping its CAPS. I will let you all know when it is up and running.

 

Finally an update on this.

Talked to our head IT guy last night and the parts catalog should launch at the beginning of the week. I have had rather limited access to it unfortunatly, but it seems rather simple to use and should help out greatly.

Also, he is giving the site a new facelift...finally. I have begged them to update the layout and change some things because I personally think the site has been a headache to navigate, but that is fixing to change. The new look will be more intuitive and will lay all the options out better.

I get a great deal of feedback when people place orders. I just want to let each and every one of you that I certainly appreciate any feedback that is offered on changes we can make. Construction criticism is a great.

I will post a new topic when all this launches and will request some direct feedback there as well.
