Need part numbers and possible order of Antenae base and wire...

I came out to my car be covered in snow and while cleaning the car off I hit my shorty antenae wich then snapped the plastic base on the roof. Where the antenae threads in was still attached to my shorty antenae with a little pin sticking out if it. The base was cracked with a wire sticking out which had a hole in the end where the little pin goes into it. I know I need the base but not sure if I need the wire. Could I get prices shipped to 10567 of just the base and then the base with the wire. I looked in my service manuals but can't seem to find part numbers for these. Thanks for you time and help.
