EVO VIII blank key with immobilizer

It seems my spare key immobilizer is not working, I would like to buy a blank key with immobilizer, can you please let me know the part number so that I can order it with a 3bar JDM MAP sensor?
My EVO is 2003 EVO VIII with factory immobilizer.
Also, can I just bring the blank key with mine to any lock smith and get it copied?
I know how to program the immobilizer key myself.
