2009 Lancer & Ralliart Remote Start

2009 Mitsubishi Lancer & Ralliart
Production Dates After June 1 2008

Remote Engine Start:
  • Designed to provide convenience for Mitsubishi owners living in cold or hot climate conditions
  • Remote controlled starting that allows you to pre-heat or pre-cool the vehicle’s interior without entering your vehicle
  • Includes numerous safety features like preventing the vehicle from starting if the hood or doors are open
  • Includes a timer that will automatically shut the engine off after 10 minutes of idling time
Note: System default is 10 minutes but it can be changed to 5, 20, or 30 minutes.

The remote engine start accessory is only applicable to vehicles equipped with automatic transmissions.

Note: Remote Engine Start is available only for vehicles with automatic transmissions. It
works with TC-SST, CVT and other automatic transmissions. It is not backwards compatible
with previous model year vehicles as the vehicle’s computer system must be designed to
integrate with the accessory for it to function.

It should work with the SST transmision, which is a manual...an automated manual.

Technically, you are incorrect. If it has a clutch and no torque converter, it is a manual. That's why I said automated manual, which IS the correct term for it.

If it has a torque converter it's an automatic unless you are talking about CVT which is completely different.

Yeah, it's not like I write about this stuff for a living...so what would I know.

Ralliart has fast key and SST so it should work for the evo MR...if it were made after that date....so it might mean waiting for a 2009. Does this include an additional remote or does it work off the existing remote?

MZ360272EX

Dont worry, everyone I have talked to about is says their local dealer is clueless.

Just as a heads up the kits MSRP's for $595.00. Im not sure if MMCA and MMNA share the same prices or not (after the conversion of course).

Let me know if you want one, we do ship to Canada.

Hey Russell, sorry if I missed this, I have fast key so will this replace my fast key or will I need both the fast key and the remote start on my key chain? Thanks
