Shipping & Delivery Information
So we are going through several difficult situations with our shipping department.
I think that is it really. I just wanted to let everyone know that we are doing what we can right now and we are continuing to adjust. For 2 years we have adjusted things again and again as business has grown. Im always here for input and feel free to contact me regarding anything with your order.
- Mitsubishi uses FedEx to bring our freight shipments and we are supposed to get orders in on Monday & Thursday. For some reason they have started bringing our Monday freight in on Tuesday night. When our orders are arriving there isnt time for anyone to check them in before closing so they are being processed on Wednesday morning along with our Mopar order. This is the biggest hang up of all. Apparently most of the NorthWest is getting the same service from FedEx so Mitsubishi is exploring options so dealers are taken care of.
- The next thing is a huge influx in business. We certainly want it to keep coming, but we are having to adjust our inventories to keep up with the traffic. Right now we are having to order in more stuff than ever. This should all take care of itself within the next couple of weeks.
- The final speed bump is the fact that our UPS World Ship software crashed today. Our IT dept is supposed to be fixing it as we speak, but no shipments left today. On a side note we are set up with new software with USPS and will start utilizing them more. This will offer quicker shipping times and lower rates in most cases. Always feel free to contact me regarding shipping if something on our site doesnt seem correct. I am always willing to explain a rate or lower it if needed.

Alright, so I had to get a truck and load up all of our shipments and take them to another location. Im pretty sure we are caught up on our shipments now. About 35 packages were leaving out today w/ UPS and about 20 or 25 more going USPS tomorrow morning. Just a heads up to everyone.
