$199...wow. Don't think it'd be worth it for one install. Thanks for looking it up.

I tried just about any tool I could get my hands on, but the position of how those hooks have to go on...I couldn't get enough leverage or a good enough position to get the necessary leverage to get the hook twisted around on the bracket side.

 

for $199 I bet you can find a way.

 

anyone find a way to install them without the tool.. how much would dealer charge to install them??
