So I need a bolt (not the nut) that connects the o2 to the hotside of the turbo. Can mitsubishiparts.net help?

 

There are some bolts and studs there so here are part #'s for both and washers.

BOLTS MD062961 (need 3)
WASHERS MD132933
STUDS MR224441 (need2)

 

Does it normally take this long to get a part? I ordered MD062961 next day air on Tuesday because I need the bolt ASAP and my transaction is still pending. PLS advise

 

Your order has already shipped out to you. Ill have to look into it to see why you have not got it.

 

I don't know when you check the website it says the order is still pending. Just let me know cause I can go to the dealer but it's like 30 miles from my home

So I'm wondering does anyone getting tracking information from Russell or the mitsubishiparts.net website? I feel like I have dick written on my forhead but I'll explain why. I'm ordering a bolt which I actually need asap that is why i paid 25 for over night shipping on a 5 part. But for some reason when I ask on this forum or via PM I get no response. Now in Russell's defense he PM'd me last night and explain they he forgot to look at the information to get a traking number for me. Now when I call I ask for status and John tells me it's shipped. But I check my account on their website and it says status: pending.........so I'm sorry which is it shipped or pending? I need to use my car this weekend but if the product isn't going to get to me today I would like to know so I can make arraingment to either get it from UPS or borrow my brothers car. Oh and BTW this order was made on Tuesday. I'm going to try calling again and see if they have tracking info for me now. Does anyone else get tracking information via e-mail or something cause all I have is a confirmation that I placed an order and that's it

 

Update Russell pls thank Randy for me he gave me the tracking information over the phone.

Russell you should really contact the webmaster for the website it makes no sense why the website says the trasaction is pending and there is no tracking info avaiable on the site but Randy supplied tracking info on the phone.

 

Its certainly an issue and its ever growing too, thats whats scary.

I am having a meeting with my shipping departments today to (re)lay our procedures.

And you are not the only person frustrated by the fact that order sit in 'pending' on our site's. We get calls all day and that is why Im going to have a sit down today.

Once again, Im sorry about the confusion and lack of updating the orders on our site.

 

Thanks for the explanation as I do understand as I used to work at a large dealership as well. Great thing was I was IS director so little things like not keeping up with updating data in the DBase will get you unemployed quick. But I'm happy that when I did call I was able to speak with someone who was able to provide information.

 

Does someone know what size this bolt is and length?
