Would I be in ESP class?

Like the title says, I'm signing up for a local scca event on this coming sunday and just wondering if i'd be in E Street Prepared. From my searching that's the class I came up with, however i'm the only evo in our locale on that list

I have Turbo Back, Intake, AEM EMS, and 255/40/17 tires (which are not of stock width).

Thanks

The AEM EMS is a stand alone ECU. that puts you in street mod.

Enjoy!

The fact that it's a stand alone won't put you in SM. Well, not exactly. Because it's a stand alone though, it bypasses the stock ECU and hence bypasses the stock boost control and that is what puts you in SM. A subtle, but important distinction. This thread has a lot of good info regarding ECUs for ESP & STU: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=96044

just remember, when approaching a corner, in slow out fast... Those pesky corners come up way faster than you think...

Try to keep your steering and throttle inputs as smooth as possible. The smoother you are, the faster you will be.

As was ominously put to me before my first HPDE.

Slow In = Fast Out

Fast In = Dead Out
