Front Alignment Question

Just a quick question for someone who knows front suspension adjustments.

Will changing the camber setting with the stock eccentric bolt change the toe setting. I was told it would. But after reviewing the service manual it doesn't mention this for the front suspension. It does make a clear note that the rear camber MUST be adjusted before adjusting rear toe. But nothing like that for the front.

Anyone know for sure.

I trust answers from this section more than the suspension area.

yes it will. Adding negative camber will increase the toe-in by quite a bit.

From my own practical experaince,

1) you need to set the rear camber first. If I want to get -1.5 camber in the rear, I set it to -1.6 before setting the toe.
2) then set the rear toe (this will change the camber slightly)
3) recheck the camber. It should be at -1.5
4) if the camber is not set to where you want, repeat from step #1

I know this is true for the rear. You answered for the rear. Are you saying it's the same for the front?

Anyone else?

The toe change is more pronounced on the front. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
