They have been using this for years in racing. I like how its done on the EVO but the most important question is

HOW HEAVY ?

Uses compressed air, huh. I've seen similar systems using a nitrogen bottle that is in the car.

I sell and install the kit. It goes for $1995.00 and installation usually requires some sory of a cage to weld the brackets to but for the street crowd I am sure I could make something work.

pwerks: Out of curiousity, did you corner weight your car after all the gutting/cage work? I'm wondering what a ballpark figure for the weight of a gutted/caged Evo is.
