I have a pair of Pilotis and a pair of Sparcos

The Pilotis work fine, but he don't have the feedback I would like.

I love the Sparcos. The only downfall is the flat bottom walking around in the pits.

Do any of these shoe companies sell wide sizes?

I always thought I was a 10-1/2, but found out recently I am a 9-1/2 eee width and was buying longer shoes to compensate.

Puma Speed Cats seem to work for me and I have pretty wide feet. The only problem is they tend to turn my sox blue. I figured that would stop after a while. I’m lucky enough to have a Puma outlet nearby, so I can get them for about $50.

Best wishes,

I guess I would have to say more narrow. It is more that they just fit differently. I tried a couple of different sizes in the Simpsons and just felt like I had clown feet. I think that is not so much because the toe box in the Simpson is bigger (it is), but because of how it is shaped; it just didn't match my foot very well...

I love my Piloti's! Yeah, you give up a bit of feel, but, they sure are comfortable--my wife uses hers as walking shoes. Plus, the thicker soles make the shoes much more tolerant of gravel and stones. Only $75.00!

If you're looking for "real" driving shoes, I found a place that has Alpinestars F1-R shoes on closeout. About $40 off retail:

Try Diesel Vegas. Thin soled so good feedback. You can also wear them for casual wear.

I just purchased these pumas

http://store.puma.com/pumaUSStore/pr...style&siteid=1

These are not fireproof/Nomex lining, but i couldn't find anything on the website that is.

One thing to keep in mind is to order the shoe 1 size larger. I'm a US10 but those were too tight while the 11 felt like a 10. They're pretty snug and i love the feel when driving.

If you're talking about the Speedwell, it's the Boost Low:

They're good because I have a wider foot, and lost of the aforementioned shoes are too tight, but these fit very well. I also use these pumas, which are very comfortable slip-ons:
