Tranny and differential fluid replacement intervals

For those of us that regularly hit the track, how often do the rest you change these fluids. I was thinking once a season would be good. Any advice? What fluids have individuals used and how have you liked them compared to the stock Mits fluids? Redline? Amsoil? I've also heard some conflicting reports regarding synthetic vs. standard fluids.

we changed ours much more than once a season. hell i think we just about change it at every oil change. we found there was less likely hood for grinds and its only about $20 to change both. given ur using dyquen you have so much its worth it. but i would say every 2 changes would deffinatly be sufficiant
