My Evo 9 is getting a rollbar (cage next year), seats and harnesses to run in stock classes (for now). I have everything ready to go except my harness choice. I have basically narrowed it down to the Schroth Profi III 6, but I have two questions:

1) Who has good prices on Schroth?
2) Will I be at a disadvantage getting the HANS compatible version? I won't have a HANS device for another season or so, but I plan on getting one. Will the belts be dangerous if I don't have the HANS device to go along with them? Would getting the regular ones now then selling them once I have a HANS be a better idea?

 

For both of these questions, I would start with Joe Marko of HMS Motorsport. Joe is the harness supplier for the NASCAR Nextel Cup. He knows harnesses inside out (especially Schroth's line). He can answer all your questions and he offers very fair prices.
