Well after long searches and trying some different seats, I found resolution to my problem, and many others. The Cobra Suzuka GT; not only does my bottom fit well, but my shoulders don't completely eclipse the holes for my shoulder straps (Every Sparco out there is too short for large peeps over 6'3" or long torso folks; Sparco USA said they may have something in the summer). As a matter of fact, the apex of my shoulder is about 2/3 to the top of the hole .









In addition, I was able to set the seat very low I have about another 1/2" I can lower it - in a week or two

 

what rails did you use?

 

No Sliders/Rails; Recaro side mounts on a custom bracket. It's fixed with a few hole options for forward and backward adjustments.

My seats came in late and my cage guy has flown back to Kleeman in Colorado - it's all he had time for. I was mostly interested in getting my seat just right

 

It's been in the garage all winter - just came outta hibernation.
