vid: autox from this weekend
went to my 2nd autox this weekend with the NNJR autox group @ etown and had a blast. the course was setup with tons of solams (sp??) on the front and back. it was a real equalizer and most of the car were within a couple seconds of each other. One guy in a c5 with hoosiers got a high 29, only one or two cars were in the 30 range and everyone else was 31 or slower.
I took some in-car vids as well as this one. I'm really new to the sport so I'm looking for advise or tips on what i can do better. My car has a ton of understeer. I don't have anything done suspension wise yet, only running Re01-r tires. Couple of people told me since the saloms (sp??) were equally spaced that I should maintain the same speed which I did and it seemed to help keep the car from fish tailing but my best time was a 33.x

comments & suggestions welcome

hey man,
i was there also. i was the silver SM evo. i didnt stay the whole time. decided to leave early and give my tires a break. didnt get a chance to really dial my suspension like a i wanted to.
just keep going to events. theres usually more evos there. unfortunately its the end of the season but its good to get ur feet wet.
