This was me chasing an STI, our tires were pretty hot at this point and He was trying hard to protect the corners...makes for a nice high speed chess match.

you can see in the rearview miror that on that last curve he was shooting for the inside which you cut off and he took the grass instead of nailing you- I think you owe that driver a

 

Only way he was nailing me was if he didnt brake for that corner and cut across the grass, he tried to hold the same line I was on but his tires were too hot and she wouldnt hold, thus he drifted off to the left. You have to remember, ive already completed my braking and am back on the gas before he really gets to his braking zone, this always gives the illusion that someone is closer than they actually are (time-wise). For reference I was going 84mph at my slowest in that corner in that clip, and back up to 115 as I crest the hill at the end.

yea nice video BZ, I just wish you had the camera over a bit so I could see your hands. I guess the big question is what are they gonna do to the GXP for next year? and if they take away too much, will you be back in an Evo? Congrats on your finish.

Marty, are you and CJ going to write for a Swaybar this year? I'll be more than willing to pitch in my time for that, I'll deal with no springs for a damned 25mm rear sway. Does AMS make a prototype or something they can send them?
