I agree that I learned SO much from good quality instruction and would fully support everyone first track day being with someone in the psgr seat who can help guide you safely.
For me its about safety AND learning good habits early on. It's much easier to learn any skill the right way in the first place than it is to learn it wrong and then break bad habits.
With that said this guy is taking pretty good lines and is not overdriving or being unsafe. If he were you would see folks saying so loudly and much sooner and not just making statements about generalized safety issues.

Its pretty quiet while cruising and not over bearing when wot. During the spins its at about 10psi at 6k rpm so thats about as loud as it gets.
