Theyre expensive, but Im wondering if anyone uses these for solo or time trials? I want both caster and camber adjustment, and Im not a fan of some of the other ways of getting more caster. I also don't like the GC's plates. And whitelines new plates are caster OR camber adjustable, but not both.

Steve from Zzyzx put me onto these as I wanted the same ability. I had trouble getting good info so I just went simple camber only plates. One day I may opt for a swap but I look forward to you or another established forum member slap them on and give us some feedback.

They are OK. They are a beotch to get, I don't know of any vendor that carries the evo plates in stock, you have to order them from AU.

I would recommend the race plates (without the poly bushing material) otherwise you can't easily get the maximum adjustments. With the poly bushing, I am only able to get aproximately 1-1.5 degrees extra caster, and about -2 degrees camber before you hit the poly bushing.

I think these would work great with the zzyxz coilovers because those units have a large camber adjustment at the spindle, allowing you to get around the issues I have.

If you really must have a set, you need to arrange for a special order. You can try talking to GST motorsports, they have a good long standing relationship with Noltec and might be able to get some plates. I would also try special ordering from some of the subie vendors that carry Noltec plates.

However, don't try to order them directly from Noltec. Been there done that. All they will do is reffer you to a local AU dealer.

Outside of the obvious supply issues, these are great camber plates. they are made with good enough precision to allow you to use a rubber mallet as a precision alignment tool 8) srlsy!

If you are desperate enough (I was) you can buy a set of WRX plates and have the holes re-drilled to fit the evo. The openings are off a little, but the plates do what they are supposed to do.

One minor problem I have with these plates on my ohlin road & track coilovers is clearance with the top hat. You need to have a small spacer so the top hat clears the lower part of the camber plate sandwhich.

I will ask Steve who he was going to source the plates from for me. Maybe if folks are interested he would be kind enough to lay hands on a few sets for folks.

He should be done with the first run of EM Sports this week so he should (maybe) have a little time.

Cool, Id love to run these, as I used to run notlec bushings on my old galant. Ive been impressed with noltec's quality before, but ive never run their plates before. Any extra caster I can get is awesome, o believe tho only other options get at max an extra 1 degree of caster.

Ill be using a suspension that is somewhat new to the united states (AST). So ill have to email Noltec to see if they are known to fit. AST has interest in making caster/camber plates for us, but they are very busy with other things at this point in time.

EDIT: just spoke with Brian from AST/Vorshlag. they have decided to make a kit much like the one they just released for the STi. It is camber adjustment only, and has maxxed out caster built into the plate. They decided to go with this so they can limit the amount of stackup, as there isnt allot of room in the evo strut tower i guess. Heres a pic of the STi top hat:

I talked to notec a couple years back at PRI. They had all sorts of neat stuff, but i believe they were pretty unsuccessful at getting US resellers. I did get the pictured plate from them. Pretty cool for street as it had the pillow ball with urethane surround to reduce NVH, but due to the size, it had limited adjustment ranges. It was either Robi or them that showed me that if you mount it incorrectly (just turned around or something), you could get a bit more camber.
