Have you guys seen the new sliding tether design for the HANS device? I bought and installed it on my own (early design) HANS:

It's a must-do for any rallyists. You get much more flexibility in moving your head while strapped in -- great for transits and stage starts, or if things start to get a little more sideways than planned. ;-)

 

Looks interesting, I may have to order up one of those too. When I was test fitting my seats in the car, I made the mistake of turning around when someone was behind the car, and almost lost an eye on the head restraints....so maybe these new tethers and a helmet with visor
