Need to see if anyone can help me out. I am looking for a datalog from an average autocross run that shows RPM. I don't really need any G-force info, mainly interested in RPM and if possible track mapping so I can see what RPM is through an average tight corner vs. an average wide sweeper.

If anyone out there has something like that I can take a look at please PM a screen shot (.jpeg picture file). Thanks!!

p.s. I just thought of it - speed would probably work OK too, I would just have to do the math for 2nd gear to convert it to RPM. . .

You want more than an average. You want a histogram because you care about the distribution and where secondary peaks are.

Assuming you don't have a lot of wheelspin, a speed histogram may be enough for the problem you're trying to solve.

Sorry, "average" may have not been the correct word. How about "normal"

Also, I just downloaded Race Technology's software, so I can look at an actual DL-1 log rather than just a screen shot.

And no, not looking at gear changes - just preliminary thoughts on a couple small changes. . .
