Evo rally action

Our rally team is running an Evo IX at the top of the Rally America series this year (we're currently 2nd overall behind Team Subaru) and we thought you'd like to check out video of the Evo IX at 130 mph on gravel last weekend: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=ea228KRMjqI

If you liked that, we're updating the Youtube channel at www.youtube.com/acprally every week with new vids. Let us know what you think!

Kick *** video!

Are you guys running a real WRC spoiler on that car or were you able to find someone who makes replicas?

Thanks,

Dave

We're really happy with the wing; this was our first event with it. It's a WRC replica, made out of Japan and we're developing a mold to make them -- especially after seeing how well it works.

Sweet! I'm rooting for you guys, and I'll be checking out the videos.

And I'd also like to say thanks for writing the only article (that I could find) that even begins to explain how to drive an AWD car in anger on the loose stuff. It helped me quite a bit, I would've never figured that stuff out on my own. What I probably really need is "Rally Driving: You're Thick In The Head So I'm Going To Explain It To You Very Slowly In Small Words" though.

Thanks for all the kind words. Keep an eye on the website for more news and info from the team; next, we'll be competing at Oregon Trail, starting in Portland on May 16, then we'll be at Rocky Mountain in Alberta a week later (with ACP in the Evo, and we'll also debut a Production Class Lancer as the second team car for Canada).
