Nurburgring - Fastest Modified EVO Time???
Hey what's up guys. We were just having a little argument here at work. I know the fastest *stock* time for an EVO IX is 8:11 for the 'ring... but I was wondering... some of these tuner cars must have made it out to the ring -- does anyone know what the fastest recorded time for a modified EVO on the 'ring is?

I'd love to know too
I honestly think it'd be in the 7:00 - 7:15 range, maybe better. Just think. I know tracks vary, but it'll do 10 seconds faster around a 1:00 track (Tsukuba) than a GTR, which does the "'ring" in under 7:30. If the suspension was set-up just right, I wouldn't be suprised to see sub 7 minute times from the CT230R or even the Cyber Evo.

Even so, I'm almost certain there are tuned Evo's than could put 30 seconds on a GTR around the Nurburgring. And I only use the GTR as a 7:30ish second referrance. Not trying to turn this into Evo vs. GTR
