Well I ran in my first AutoX event last week and I love it. Definitely the most fun I've had in a long time. For my first time I didn't do too bad, I was only about 8 seconds behind some guys driving porsches and corvettes who had been doing this for a while. So I felt pretty good

Anyways, I just thought I'd post up some pics to honor the occasion

I saw you out there! Way to go, man. I loved those angel eyes on your Lancer, very clean. I drive the Tarmac Black Evo IX with my wife in STB. There's also a Silver Evo IX MR that comes (his name is Mike, but he was driving his beater miata on Sunday) and a new guy I haven't met yet in a black Evo X. STB is usually pretty competitive with the modified S2000's but the rain made it easy on me and I took first.

My wife got me a GoPro Hero camera for Christmas, and Sunday was the first time I got to try it out. I will post up some vids later.

Anyway, I'll try to stop by and say hello next time. Good to see another Evom-er out there.

That's Awesome! Yeah I was working the track out there when you were running and I was impressed. Your class still looked tough, so congrats on the 1st place finish
