Can anyone read Japanese?

The Ohlin flag coilovers come with only Japanese instructions and I'm having a little trouble deciphering...
Maybe someone could tell me which controls are for rebound and which for compression? Arigato.

Front (inverted strut)
Bottom = Rebound
Top = Compression

Rear
Bottom = Compression
Top = Rebound

If you happen to have a pdf or other file of the full flag intruction manual I'd love to see it. I have a set but only got some english crap with them.
