Yeah i was just wondering if people have gone to some street races with their lancer and was just wondering what kinda cars they ran againts and beat. I've gone to the weekend street races in LA the past three weekends and ran my Oz atleast a couple of times each time. I've been surprised on what it can do Heres a list of cars i beat:

2002 VW Jetta 2.0 w/ intake & exhaust ull body kit w/ carbon fiber hood
96 Vw Jetta 2.0 with exhaust ( thats all i sould see)
94 Civic Ex dunno what they had
99 Civic Ex with Intake, Exhaust, Headers, and all the handling features
Dood i can go on and on with Civics... they just can't hadle me
81 320i yeah this was joke
97 Eclipse Gs
2002 Ford Focus zx3 Tied with

thats all i can think of for now yeah i've lost some too, but i wont go into that

 

I've taken a few of the 2L vdubs. but I had a 320i that woulda smoked the lancer..that's surprissing. You can hang with the new neon sxt's or whatever, not the turbo but the na models. umm, not too much though till you add about 20hp

Civic SI - w/50 shot nitrous and other bull****
CRX - w/b16a stock w/intake
Neon - gutted interior, roll cage, with some mods
Eclipse Gs-t w/intake exhaust, stock turbo

Cars i've kept up with and will soon beat

Mustang GT with full exhaust (my sisters car)
CRX w/b16a (civic type-R pistons, gsr trans, type r-intake manifold, intake, full exhaust, dc header, stage 3 clutch, etc.) = my homies car
^ when i beat him he said he's gonna get a H22 and run low 12's, i was like SURE! ok, thats it

 

you have a oz rally lancer boni? and what did you guys do to your cars, or did you race them stock?

 

Boni had his car done up by RRM it has a turbo and other stuff its far from stock.

 

i dont really think that anyone can say that boni is wrong or that he cant do it...that TC on his lancer looks GOOOO-OOD. did that SI know what you were running boni? and was this th look on everyones face
