The first of the double at Pocono was a great race. I was out-qualified by just over 2/100ths of a second by Bill Baten-Camaro (who won the Sprints and Sportscar mag chose as the Runoffs favorite. I have to admit I dont like being walked down on the straights by an F body but we have been given 60hp of restrictor so what are you going to do. So we ended up having a great race with several lead chhanges where I ended up in front to take the checker but 1.1 seconds. I was fortunate to also set the track record that was previously held by Baten. Thanks to AMS for the retune giving me great power under the curve so I could win the acceleration battle, TRE for the best transmission you can get and Bryan from JRZ for a great suspension and set up!

Thanks Martin for they great support. I now have 20k on the car on the original motor. And when I say original, I mean the only thing I have changed in 4 years of racing is the air filter and spark plugs!!

Oh and if anyone wants some great track tires, the SCCA took away my 275 so I need to sell my lightly used ones. If interested let me know, I posted in classified section.
