Helmet Recommendation

I'm looking to get a helmet for occasional track days (4-5 times a year).

My budget is $500 or less.

I've got my eye on these

http://www.saferacer.com/hjc-motorsp...productid=1193
http://www.saferacer.com/bell-m4-hel...?productid=369

What are your opinions on the above helmets? Do you have one that you would recommend within my price range?

Also, why are the Sparco and Arai helmets soo much more expensive? Is it just for the name?

thanks

Your best bet is to go to a motorsports store and try on as many as possible.
