Seriously? I just purchased RS door panels and was going to get the assembly to save some weight out of my IX SE but it sounds like it is not even worth it for a track car that still sees public roads from time to time...

Bump for some answer with actual data behind it from weighing all known parts

I just picked up the RS door covers and won't be putting them in to lose 4lbs all around

what info do you need? it sounds like you have the RS door panels and the power window door panel, all you need is a scale, which are 10 dollars from ebay

(i don't have RS door panels to weigh)

The door panels are not of concern really, it is the mechanism used for the window

I don't have the RS manual window assembly... but I guess you already did that?

I tough RS door were not only ligher because it is manual. But also lighter since they didn't have sound insulation and speakers of course
