is it me or does the hp seem pretty low on the evo with those mods?

I guess it's partly the 91 octane and the mild tune it had, but yeah they honestly needed to set a goal of 500 crank HP to be competitive and I think with cams even on 91 octane it should have been doable at around 25 psi.
