That is a source of endless entertainment for anyone that watches my videos. I don't have any idea that I'm doing that while I drive! I think it's a combination of me being really skinny (6', 150 lbs) and having a stock driver's seat. I sinch the harness down very tight prior to every run, and I can still move all over the place (as you can see!)

I'd say the harness helps even with the stock seat. I feel a lot more stable when I left foot brake now that I use one. Before, I was reluctant because I had been using the dead pedal for stability.

race technology DL-1 with an AEM ECU, Dashware for the overlay and a ChaseCam.
