I've thought about making some out of fiberglass. I'll be picking up a set of the C/F ones for my car soon. Might make some custom fiberglass ones to sell for a less than the C/F ones are going for. Pretty expensive.

Thread revival!

Anyone have a new source for headlight deletes? I don't need a $300 carbon fiber setup, just something that fits well and let's me dump the 13 lbs of headlights!

I'm actually planning on cutting some ducts into whatever I get for extra cooling, so a custom approach might be simpler - but not easier.

+1. I have the $arbon ones but i'd be down for a fiberglass/plastic solution that includes a duct on each side like the Seibon's.

I'd be in for a cheap set myself. You could also just look for a old pair of wrecked headlights and just take everything out of them. They are fairly light without any guts in them.
